Integration Guidelines

Ensure PCS power current = 0 before writing 61001 = 2 to shut down; BMS will forcibly open relays if current remains >0 for 5 seconds.

• Use polling to scan 32 clusters using the offset address formula.

• Ensure IP and MAC uniqueness for each SBAU on the EMS network.

• SBAU firmware and configuration are managed via the official BMS software, which includes:

  • Relay test control

  • SOC/QMAX setup

  • Firmware upgrade via CAN
