BATTERY FIRMWARE AND DATA LOGS

Always ensure the battery is using the latest firmware. For instructions on updating the battery firmware, refer to Updating Battery Firmware.

Connect LYNK ACCESS software for 64-bit Windows 10 / 11 to either the LYNK II Communication Gateway (USB Type B connector) or to the HELIOS ESS battery’s USB Type C port (see Battery Features, item #11) to update the battery firmware and to download data logs from the battery.
