Remove the HVB and Access the Components Inside

Remove the MSD from each battery module.

Remove DC fuse box cover.
There are four screws that hold the cover on.
Before continuing, verify there is no voltage.

Remove the two screws on the top of the DC Fused Combiner and the two on the lower section.  Pull it forward and then disconnect the DC Positive and Negative power cables.
Once disconnected, remove and set the DC Fused Combiner to the side.

Disconnect the cables from the P+, P-, J3, J4, and AUX AC connectors and from ground.

Remove the four screws that hold the plate with the junction box and the LYNK II Gateway.

Remove any additional wire connectors that are connected to the upper section of the HVB.

Remove the six 15 mm (0.6 in) bolts. Three on the top and three on the bottom hold the HV Box in place.

Use the handle below the DC on/off switch to pull the box forward.
Do not use DC switch to lift with as it might break.
You may have to slide the box to the side and up to clear the wires entering the cabinet. Avoid these pinch points while sliding the box out of the cabinet.

Once removed, use an M6 Allen key to remove the top cover and access the various components inside the HV Box.
