PROCEDURE

Confirm the polarity of battery cables.

Confirm all the batteries are OFF.
|

Close the circuit breakers on all the batteries.
|

Close all loads on the DC bus, including the breaker for the battery connection on the inverter.

Turn on the batteries with their ON/OFF push buttons.
Each battery goes through a load qualification process and a pre-charge process.

If both processes complete successfully, the battery LED turns ON and the battery begins supplying power.

If the LED flashes, either the battery failed to adequately precharge, or a load qualification error occurred. It may be necessary to turn batteries OFF/ON multiple times to successfully perform the pre-charge process for some inverters.

If the LED continues to indicate a fault, use LYNK Access software to identify details about the fault.
